On Saturday, May 13th, the Annapolis Valley Honour Choir invites you to join us for the final concert of yet another wonderful season of song.
“A Celebration of Canadian Song” takes place at the Wolfville Baptist Church with two performances at 2:30 pm and 7:00 pm. The concert will feature both junior and senior choirs.
This inspiring concert will include a diverse mix of songs that celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday with both traditional songs and contemporary pieces that showcase our identity as a country. As always, we expect tickets for our final concert to go fast.
Advanced tickets are available at all Ticketpro outlets ($15 for adults and $5 for students or children, plus Ticketpro service fees) or at the door, if available ($20 for adults and $10 for students or children).
The Annapolis Valley Honour Choirs are led this year by interim conductors Scott Jones (Senior) and Olivia Frampton (Junior) and accompanied by Lisa St. Clair. Both Senior and Junior Choirs have been selected to represent Nova Scotia for the National Music Festival over the past few years.
